Caesar Salad
2-3 cloves, garlic
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. olive oil
1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
Add all ingredients into a wide mouth quart jar. Screw lid on tightly and shake. Wash a head of Romaine lettuce, shred, and place in large salad bowl. Pour dressing over and toss. Add more Parmesan and croûtons, if desired.This recipe serves 8-10
